Swollen nipple?

My right nipple seems harder and more swollen than the left.. but just the nipple, not the whole areola. Is this normal? I'm 27 weeks but noticed this quite early on.

maybe its something to do with the milk you start producing before baby is born

@kellyw1989 it's usually in the mornings it's worse & I shower in the evenings so maybe a shower would work?

When I had simular a shower worked wonders
