Wondering if anyone recommends a tens machine in labour, and if so can send me a link for a decent one not to expensive!

I had the worst labour with DD, I felt like my back was being crushed so need something to help with that 🤔

I used the Boots own brand one in both labours. It worked well for me

I had one and thought it was doing nothing with DS1 until I took it off to have a calming bath and managed about 3 minutes before demanding that poor DH extract me from the bath and get the machine back in place. I bought mine on offer and it’s now done many babies so was exceptional value (couple of quid for new pads and cost less than I would have paid to hire it twice).

It was an Elle Babycare Tens but the model I have is ancient (7 years old). Still works, I’m told!

I used one also and didn't find it did much if I'm honest. One thing I will say is if you do use one make sure you turn it off before anyone is allowed to touch/remove it, as someone (midwife probably?) just ripped one of the pads off me and my god it hurt (not being ripped off just the shocks through the other pad).
