Pins and needles in belly

Hi all,

I am 29 weeks and can feel almost light pins and needles in my belly sometimes. Is this normal?

I had this in my last pregnacy almost like gravel falling through my stomach baby was just in a funny position. If its keeps happening might be worth rtting looked at.
