Nano Ring Extensions and C Section

Hey ladies,

I've just had my nano ring extensions fit which cost me a fortune and it's suddenly dawned on me I am having a section in 12 weeks.

Do you know if there going to make me take them out? I really should have looked into this beforehand 😩😩

Why would they ask you to take your hair extensions out?

@Middledistancerunner nano ring extensions are metal rings, they ask you to remove metal, piercings etc

I kept my earrings in because there wasnt time to remove them they just said to try and then said dont worry. I dont know the exact rules but they didnt seem overly bothered I also had gel fingers and toes which I've heard arnt allowed x

I think there's a risk of burns if you're wearing anything metal, maybe discuss with your anaesthetist or consultant if you're seeing them beforehand?

OP, will they even last 12 weeks anyway ? When I used to have them I would get them moved up every 8-10 weeks. So perhaps, if you're worried just get them taken out at the maintenance appointment.
