Miscarriage with no pain!

I am 6 plus 1 and have been bleeding off and on since yesterday morning. Bright red and dark red and moderately heavy a bit like a period

I've had no pain at all

I can't get a scan as I am on holiday in the middle of nowhere and midwifes have said don't go to hospital unless it becomes painful or really heavy filling a pad in 15 minutes

I know deep down I'm having a miscarriage but I'm surprised about the lack of cramps

Is there worse to come? I've never experienced a m/c before

I'm so sorry to hear this OP when it happened to me I'd say the first 12 hours were "period" like but I did experience cramps following that until about day 3.

The natural MC I had was really painful, sorry. I'd had the medical management in hospital but it didn't work and then about a week later I started with very heavy bleeding which gradually became contractions (I have had a normal labour since and it was definitely comparable to early stages of labour).

I took paracetamol and laid in a warm bath for a few hours and then eventually it stopped and I passed the sac. Just like that it all stopped and I felt normal again.

I had a mc at 6+6 no pain maybe the slightest cramp once but hand on heart I had no pain. Even my bleeding wasn't loads only when I went to the toilet other than that nothing.

Oh OP I'm so sorry .

Mine was at 11 weeks and just like you've described although more bleeding. I still remember taking a shower and standing there as it was happening. It's just really, really horrible. I hope you've someone with you? Xx

If there's no cramps and no clots it could be benign. I bled at 8 weeks and was convinced it was a miscarriage but everything was fine. Hope everything works out OP.
