Pregnant > Diarrhoea > loss of sore boobs = miscarriage?

I am 4 weeks pregnant, had a stomach ache and diarrhoea (one occurance, lasted 15 mins) and almost immediately sore boobs stopped and was no longer as bloated.

Did I miscarry?

I had loose bowels a lot during the first trimester and I never had sore boobs, I wouldn't say it's a strong indicator your miscarrying.

10 weeks and I’ve had loose bowels on and off throughout this pregnancy. Not uncommon and not necessarily a bad sign. I also didn’t have sore boobs from 4+3 and have only had it for short period on and off since (10 weeks) so I wouldn’t read too much into that either. Everyone’s pregnancy is different xx
