To use temperature you would need to have taken it every day, it can help track your fertile periods but your temp won't change because you're pregnant and 37 is normal, if you think you're pregnant you need to do a test. Have you got a 24hr supermarket nearby?

Have you had unprotected sex OP? I assume you have, to wonder if you could be pregnant.
