So I don't know if other mum's to be have been getting this and if it's normal

When I wake up in the morning I feel like I have to brace myself with getting out off bed if I get up to fast I end up being sick because the baby has moved to fast and not got in the position it normally would . Is this normal? Also does anyone find that when you sleep on one side the leg goes all numb and you it's like a dead leg but much worse .. iv spoken to my midwife about it and he just saying it's the position off the baby . I'm going to have another scan tomorrow as they think the baby has had a growth spurt is their anything I need to worry about could this baby boy come early ?

Sounds absolutely normal to me, baby (or your uterus, or another organ that's been shoved out of the way) could be pressing on a nerve and causing the numbness. Unless you've some sort of previous injury, I wouldn't think it's anything to worry about.
