Is it normal to feel so unwell at 30 weeks

Just wanting other people's experiences please. This is my second pregnancy and felt totally rubbish and drained by about 36/27 weeks last time. This time round I'm only 30 weeks and can barely stand up for more than a few minutes. I have started being sick again, my feet and ankles are quite swollen (I know this heat won't help), I'm dizzy and shaky most of the time. On Top of that I'm just super uncomfortable. I feel like I'm constantly complaining when I should be very grateful to be pregnant. Do I need to speak to my midwife sooner?(next appointment is September 6th) I'm so drained and it is really affecting family life. Any thoughts appreciated! Is this normal? Thank you :)

How long have you felt like this, has it just been getting steadily and consistently more difficult or has it come on rather suddenly? I'd be contacting midwife just to rule some stuff out, especially with the dizziness and swelling.
