I think I may be losing my marbles, 5th baby and these cravings are insane.
Anything fresh smelling, I mean anything flash, washing powder even the newly washed bath towels are looking tasty!

Last night I spent a full 20 mins histerically crying because DH wouldn't let me drink the zuflora!

Please tell me others have experienced this. I was fully expecting the normal cravings of extra chocolate or sweet snacks not this! 😂🤣😂

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Pica can be dangerous. Drinking Zoflora or any other cleaning detergents could make you or your baby seriously ill. PLEASE speak to your midwife!

Yes I knew someone who craved soap when she was pregnant! She would suck it through a flannel! She spoke to the midwife who said it was fine as it was clearly something her body was missing. I would definitely speak to your midwife though and see what she says. My MIL craved chocolate dipped in vinegar when she was pregnant 🤮

Is this not a sign of iron deficiency? I'd speak to your midwife asap.

I currently crave toothpaste, tissue and talcum powderBlush turns out I have quite severe anemia which is likely why I crave these things, speak to your GP and ask for a blood testSmile

Yes, you need to speak to your midwife or GP about pica, as it can indicate vitamin or mineral deficiencies.

Agree with others. Pica usually indicates a deficiency X
