TMI PIC!!!!! is this discharge or plug?

Hello, i am 23+2, i felt wet so i wiped and this is what come out its thick and stringy like egg white is this normal? I cant remember having this with other pregnancies.

Just looks like discharge I think, I had a lot when pregnant, like the egg white style stuff they tell you to watch for to indicate you're ovulating. The plug normally looks like actual snot, like green and thick with possibly brown/red smears in and unless it comes away gradually the pig is usually surprisingly big (and gross 😂)
If you're worried about it though can you call your midwife or triage to get someone to check you?

It was normal for me certainly, I had it on and off through the second two trimesters, I didn't really think anything of it, just figured it was part and parcel of all the hormones etc.
But honestly if it's worried you or it's very out of the ordinary for you, speak to your midwife or even ring 111 if you want to talk to someone today. The attitude of all nhs staff I spoke to during pregnancy was 'better to be safe than sorry' so they won't think you're daft for calling just to check.

Looks like discharge to me, I lost bits of plug during my pregnancy (never did any harm) and it was always yellow green and very jelly like, this looks more like discharge which I had a lot of too!

Wouldn't say it's anything to be concerned about OP but show pic to your midwife next time you see her if you are worried x

I had similar to this throughout both pregnancies- I would say it was discharge but definitely don't delay in getting reassurance from your local midwives! Always better to get checked out :-)

Looks normal to me. I had loads of ovulation-like egg whitey mucous when pregnant. Plug is more jelly like and often has blood in it too.

I'd also say discharge I had the same. My plug was unmistakable just a huge gloopy snotty thing. Mine didnt have blood though x
