Hi, hoping someone might be able to reassure me... this is my first pregnancy and I'm just over 20 weeks. I had my scan a few days ago and all was fine, but yesterday evening I got the odd sudden ache in what felt like the top of my vagina. This morning it was there again and seems slightly duller but more persistent.
I am overweight- I don't know if that changes anything but just to add in case... I'm just a bit worried and was hoping for some guidance... Thanks
