Hello.. I had a ham and pineapple pizza from asda yesterday cooked it when I got home but now I’m overthinking it all.. I thought it would of been okay because 1) it was cooked although not too hot/by the time I ate it it was luke warm 2) it was just normal ham not parma ham.. which is says to avoid. It was from the pizza counter at asda. Am I okay and just over-worrying which is standard for me?..

You'll be absolutely fine, don't worry!

I had pepperoni pizza and chicken from Asda the other night if it makes you feel better. Any bacteria that was on it would have been killed in the oven and provided your house is clean I very much doubt anything grew on it after. I haven’t given pizza a second thought in my pregnancy and I’m 36weeks.

My only craving since becoming pregnant is pizza toppings. Eat the rest and leave the base Grin I'm doing really well. Don't worry!

Over worrying, lol. Read Oster's Expecting Better book it might help. Saying test i didn't really like her or agree with everything but one thing i do agree with is that you don't need to worry about all the food they say not to eat.

You will otherwise spend all your pregnancy nothing your mails down to the quick or annoys eating perfectly ok things.

Just don't go overboard and be sensible though, you know? Maybe stay away from roadside burger things. Take better care when checking the hygeine rating. Don't reheat rice too often, keep cooked pasta in fridge. If you do reheat make sure it's piping to begin with.

The rules are just precautions to reduce risk but the risk is minimal and frankly they are always changing it seems.

Better to just concentrate on eating healthily, I think. If you eat nothing but carbs, junk and fat is be more concerned.

Heye. I also had a minor freak out over the confusion of what bit to eat. (Was upset about the lack of blue cheese not because i even have it that often but cos the moment they said no i wanted it!). But soon got over it and still pregnant with healthy baby despite all that salami i ate early during pregnancy!

It wouldn't even occur to me to worry about a shop bought pizza! You will be absolutely fine.
