Loss of symptoms - always a bad sign?

Hi!
I was told I was 9 weeks pregnant by doc and midwife as they calculate it from 1st day of last period. I had pregnancy symptoms about 3 weeks ago - extreme tiredness, hunger and VERY sore boobs.
They've all gone in the last 3 weeks though and I feel exactly like 'myself' again - and my sleep pattern has gone from 8/9 hours a night down to usual 7/ 7.5 hours normal again.

This week I started passing brown/stringy discharge (no pain) and so decided to book an early scan. It showed today as measuring 6 weeks which doesn't tally with what doc and midwife calculated. There was no heartbeat detected but the sonographer said that's normal - not sure if she was trying to reassure me.

Can't help thinking I've miscarried and baby was lost at 6 weeks and stopped developing - as this is linked to the loss of symptoms too.

Just wondered if anyone had a sudden loss of symptoms and went on to have a healthy pregnancy? Got to wait another week for a scan to check the growth, so I'd be really grateful for your responses x

Loss of symptoms is entirely normal. The measurements being off I'm not so sure of, but the loss of symptoms is fine.

My symptoms pretty much disappeared at 8 weeks which coincided with a fairly large bleed, a scan showed everything was developing fine so it doesn't always mean disaster. It's the only time in your life you worry about not feeling ill enough!
