Hi. So the last few days I've had brown spotting and dull tummy pain. Saw the doctor who said not to worry. On the same evening I had a bleed of dark red/blackish blood (about 1tbsp). Went to A&E. Waited 6 hours to be seen by doctor who said she thinks it must be a miscarriage (she said it as highly likely from what I'd told them) did a speculum examination and said my cervix is slightly open. My blood and urine samples showed a good level of hcg but she has basically sent me home to await miscarriage... really dreading it and don't know what to expect... absolutely gutted
