Does anyone know why cycles can be irregular?

What causes your cycle to be different each month? I’m not talking massive differences but for example the last 6 months mine have been; 30, 30, 31, 37, 28, 28

I don’t know whether to expect it tomorrow (cd28) or anywhere in the next 10 days! Confused

I never had a regular cycle, only once in my life had a period after a 28 day interval except when on the pill and they're not 'real' periods anyway.

It's just the way we are made, why worry?

Yours aren't all that irregular really.

Mine are never regular either anything from 21-30 it’s a right pain when you are guessing from month to month.

@MoaningMinnie1 No not worried, just curious that’s all.

@Akire yes it’s rather annoying isn’t it. Never knowing when your period will arrive
