Hi,
I had a midwife appointment today where I was supposed to have a sweep, but unfortunately my cervix was so high she couldn't reach it! She said baby's head was nice and low and she could feel that.
I'm booked in for an induction on Sunday but wondered if anyone had any success going into labour naturally if they had a high cervix? Or equally, what were your experiences of induction like? I've heard it can take several pessaries to get induction going anyway so worried it won't work well if my cervix is unfavourable.
I've tried eating pineapple, walking, bouncing on a birthing ball and sex and nothing seems to have helped!
Also, I know all hospitals are different, but what happened with your birth partners during induction? Could they stay or did they have to go home overnight?
Thanks and sorry for the long post!
