Hi all I posted yesterday that I thought I may have developed gd and had contacted my midwife about it but she hasn't gotten back to me so I took matters into my own hands and got a monitor and have been measuring my blood today one hour after eating as from what I read its when glucose spikes at the hour. After breakfast I got 7.8 mmol after lunch 7.1 mmol and after dinner 6.1 mmol. I looked on a diabetes website and it said about testing 90 minutes after eating not 60 so I tested again just now and my reading was 7.5mmol its gone up at 90 minutes not down can anyone explain this too me? I'm having bloods done at the hospital tomorrow so will ask there too but I wanted to monitor myself as I don't feel listened to by midwife for information I do have a gtt test booked for next month also x
