Headaches !!

Anyone else suffering from headaches !? I'm nearly 16 weeks and this last week I've woke up with a headache everyday and paracetamol just isn't doing a thing x

Yep- Dr has put mine down to dehydration. I was in hospital on an IV a few weeks ago and desperate not to have to go back. All liquids are a real aversion at the moment so finding it really hard.

Yes I'm the same I'm only 13 plus 4 and everyday I've got a headache I'm taking paracetamol every 4 hours daily but it's not helping! Ibe been using an ice pack too. Really struggling because I've got 2 boys off in the 6 weeks holidays to entertain too

Yes! I had the worst headaches in weeks 15 and 16. Luckily I haven't had any this week (17), so hopefully yours will go soon too. Mine felt like tension headaches coming up from my shoulders and neck and caused me to be physically sick (yuk!). I asked my DH to give me a shoulder massage in the evenings when they were really bad and that helped a lot. Something to try?

(Not always easy to get DH to say yes to giving me a massage so definitely played the prego card Grin )

I have had lots of headaches during this pregnancy. At about 28 weeks I was told that my ferritin (iron) levels were low and was offered an iron infusion. I have t had a headache since! (Now almost 34 weeks!)

Yes I've had headaches on and off for weeks (I'm 25 weeks) my iron levels were checked earlier (16 weeks?) and were fine though. I drink a lot. It's very annoying!

So glad to see I'm not the only one! I have had a headache every day for the last 2 weeks. Does ease during the day but seems to come back every morning, lasting longer on some days! I blubbed this morning as I was so fed up (plus feeling the extra emotional hormones haha!) Not sure what's causing it but always seem to get them. I used to have them just after my period every month. Paracetamol with caffeine seems to help more than normal but I just wish I could take ibuprofen as that's normally the one thing that works! Getting through the kool n soothe migraine strips too!! I'm 16 and a half weeks and really hopeful they go soon:( got an appointment at the docs on Monday to check blood pressure and for them to help recommend medication x
