Hey I'm 21 weeks pregnant and hungry All the time. When I get hungry I start to feel sick so just wondering if anyone had ideas of what I could take to work to snack on that will fill me up for a while! I'm having breakfast and fruit mid morning before lunch but I'm like a bottomless pit at the moment!

Can you make toast at work? Bread, muffins, crumpets.

Same!! I take Babybels, fruit salads, Sunbites/snack a jacks, mini Graze flapjacks to work (one of each, every day! If I don’t snack every 90 mins I get hangry haha). I’ve found these pretty good and not desperately unhealthy either! Also make sure I have a big breakfast before I leave and take a pretty hearty lunch in too.

I agree. A good nut and seed low sugar muesli bar is a good idea.

I used to have baked potato with cheese and beans and coleslaw for lunch at work as that would keep me going for ages.

Some snack options I rely on:

Greek yogurt topped with banana slices or blueberries
A handful of grapes and almonds
Cucumber slices
Melon slices
Cheddar and pickle
Eat Natural bars
Rice cakes with peanut butter
Apple slices with any nut butter
Bread sticks dipped in Nutella Blush

I take nuts into work, cashews are my current favourite. Also fruits (fresh and dried) and milk. If I could make toast at work I'd keep a jar of peanut butter there and just have peanut butter on toast.

Here's another vote for apple with nut butter. I keep a jar of peanut butter and some granny smiths at my desk so I can always have it when hungry - plus I don't feel as guilty as I would if I ate something heavier.
