Developing an intolerance?

I'm 12 weeks pregnant. I've been having stomach aches, gas and feeling sick after eating for a few weeks (assumed part of morning sickness) but last night I woke up with really bad stomach ache and my stomach was really distended. Last night I had cheesy pasta and for the first time in quite a while, a chocolate bar.
I'm wondering if I've developed something like a lactose intolerance whilst pregnant.

I just wondered if anyone had any other ideas or has had something similar. Ill cut out dairy for a week and see how I get on.

I developed gall stones while pregnant. This would be my first guess here

@justchecking1 oh no. That does not sound fun. Did they do anything whilst you were pregnant?
I have a feeling, whatever's going on, it'll be a case of being pregnant and having to get on with it.

Nothing. Just dietary advice and then I had it removed afterwards 😩

I suffer with IBS anyway, but my dairy tolerance seemed to get pretty bad over the first and second trimester (better now, ish). Milk and cheese really bloat me so I just try to avoid now.
Sucks, but you’ll find later pregnancy uncomfortable enough! 😂
