Anyone got any ideas on how to ease the pain of a UTI super uncomfortable at the moment just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas on what could help with the pain a little someone suggested a hot bath but for obvious reasons that's off that cards haha! Would really appreciate some suggestionsSmile

Warm bath would be fine as long as it doesn’t make you super hot and sweaty. I’d use a hot water bottle over the lower abdomen. Drink plenty and a teaspoon of bicarbonate in a pint of squash can make it sting less when you pee.

You can get cystopurine type things from the supermarket too, would thoroughly recommend sending someone to get some for you, the pain is so horrible with UTI's I always try and have some on me! Also a hot water bottle, not ideal in this weather but might help take the edge off xx

Best thing you can do is get on some antibiotics ASAP, they tend to start working within an hour or so and utis can be dangerous if they go untreated.

I always just keep drinking as much water as possible - the only thing worse than the pain when urinating is needing to urinate but not having enough urine to wee out. Yes some people find ural sachets helpful.

Yeah I have antibiotics but the pain was still really bad but it seems to have calmed down today thankfully! Thanks for all your advice

Try cranberry juice. I had a UTI and found that helped with the pain and stinging
