Hi All,
Some advice please, I started a new job some months ago and was looking into the company’s maternity policy. It states “Under Company enhanced benefits, pregnant women with two
years continuous service with the Company at the qualifying date (the 15th week before the EWC) are eligible for Company enhanced maternity pay”.
So, if I joined my company on 7th Feb 2019, when would the earliest I could get pregnant and still qualify for the enhanced maternity pay?
Any help would be appreciated
