Horribly painful BHs

Last night I had them for the third time... I end up in tears but MWs and DRs say it's obviously not labour. I'm 30 weeks and I really don't know how to cope with them :(

Have you been to get checked? Is that why they are sure it's not labour?

Yes I've been checked twice. Both times they said it was nothing to worry about and not labour.
