help please - i think i may be miscarrying

I started bleeding last week brown discharge and then had a few times of redder blood with stringy dark blots of blood in it, the bleeding is not heavy and comes and goes and only when i wipe its not on clothing. I have two fibroids and worry this may be causing the issues.
Midwife said i need a scan in 2 weeks but i am struggling to cope as i suffer with depression i feel lost
can anyone help me ?

Could you have a private scan?

I know it's really hard but I had that a lot especially in early pregnancy and my son is about to go off to uni ,so there's hope yet.

I am about 6 weeks, i had private scan on saturday but struggled to see much as fiboid was close to the sac, they think they saw a flicker of the heartbeat but im so scared. Is it normal to gave dark bits of blood i dont know if they are clots but look like little pieces of dark stingy blood

I’ve had a miscarriage just a couple of months ago and it was bright red blood with large clots and was agony almost like labour I’m not an expert but brown blood from what ‘I’ve’ read was quite normal. If you go to the hospital they can take some bloods and check your HCG levels and also your cervix.

most importantly stay calm until you know what’s going on try and meditate or have a nice bath the more stressed your are the more your body will react to it!

I have been for a private scan and they said there was something extra in the sac at the bottom, anyone else experienced this ?

What did they suggest it was?

They didn't they just said it was curios which make me worry

Really sorry that you are going through this. I would recommend you call your EPU as soon as possible and request an early scan again to find out whats going on. A&E may even take bloods to check HCG levels. Some people have bleeding in pregnancy and are totally fine. I was unlucky and had a mmc a few months ago, it started as brown blood on wiping and then progressed to red colour and dark red clots over a week. Call your EPU or 111 for advice x
