What do i need to do now i took a clear blue digital and normal and cheap tests a s very dark lines and digital said im 4/5 weeks

Congratulations if this is what you want :)

You need to ring your GP's surgery and ask to be put on the list to see the midwife. She will sort everything out for you like appointments and scans. You also need to take pregnancy supplements such as Pregnacare and/or folic acid.

For today though, just relax and look after yourself. Try to eat healthily if you can.
