Hi I'm 6+4. How much water is everybody drinking throughout the day? I've tried to google the daily requirement for pregnancy but every site has a different answer! And are people drinking a glass of milk a day for added calcium?

I'm rubbish at keeping my water intake up, but I'm drinking like 2 pints of milk a day Blush it's so refreshing and delicious...

I don't think you particularly need more water when you're pregnant, so about 1.5 litres. The colour of your wee is the best indicator though.

Dehydration is pretty detrimental to a growing embryo, try to keep on top of it 😊

You’ll eventually get to the stage where you feel like you pee out twice as much as you’re putting in, but hydration is typically underrated. It will help ward off gestational diabetes and viruses as well, so it’s a good habit to establish early on

Drank 2 litres a day min, but some pregcare vitamins has calcium in it .. as well as other bits you need to help baby grow .. but drink milk too if you fancy it big congratulations x
