Has baby flipped!?

Obviously no one can give me a yes or no answer but looking more for peoples experiences!

Baby has been head down since at least 28 weeks (thats when I had a scan) Currently 31 weeks and since yesterday iv been feeling more movement and kicks above/in my vagina or cervix Hmm movement has been a bit less also but when he does move it doesn't feel the same as it did! No kicks at the top anymore more rolling or nudging!

Kind of feels like I'm being kicked or tickled in the cervix... anyone had experience of this and baby ended up being breech 😬

I’m pregnant with twins. One is breech and that’s what her movements feel like for we whereas her sister who is head down boots me in the ribs.

I hope they turn back for you x

@TontoM ah thought so! The little bugger I have a scan at the end of the month I hope he turns back 😫

You’ve still got plenty of time. If you’re wanting to try and turn him back spinningbabies is a useful website. Hasn’t helped my breech twin but I think that’s because of lack of space in there. X

@TontoM thanks for that! I will see what they say at next scan and then try that if he is breech!! Wouldn't want to flip him the wrong way 😂 xx

Are you sure it’s not hands around the head/face that you are feeling low down?

I am almost 30 weeks. Baby was head down at scan at 28 weeks and midwife appointment on Wednesday but during this time I have been getting lots of low down tickly movements that I think are his hands up by his face. I am also having higher up rolling and nudging feelings that I think are knees/legs.

I think I read somewhere that if baby is head down and back to back you will feel hands down low and legs above belly button, but feet will be kicking back wall where placenta likely is, so you can’t feel “kicks” as such.

Obviously back to back is not ideal for labour either but there’s plenty of time still for baby to turn back and it’s less of an issue than breech.

@MajorFaffington No I don't think so! He has had his hands (and sometimes feet) up by his head on every scan and never felt this before 🤔 xx

Not breech but at my 36 week appointment baby was in the perfect position. When I gave birth at 38 weeks he was back to back. I felt him move that way and everyone convinced me it was just a big/different movement 🙄
