This might sound OTT but feel like an idiot 🙈

I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and just sat down to eat some ice cream, and went to look at the calories (stupid in itself, it's ice cream...) And noticed it has soft cheese in! I don't know why I didn't make the connection before but the NHS say not to eat soft cheese so now I feel awful...

I'm hoping as it's in ice cream it should be pasteurised and okay? Like I said it might sound a little over the top but I've avoided everything on the NHS list so far and annoyed at myself that I got this far and didn't even check - should I be concerned??

Of course its fine! You can eat most soft cheese anyway, just not unpasteurised like Brie.
Cheesecake is made from the equivalent of philadelphia-you can eat that and any old cheesecake in pregnancy (unless you fall victim to GD like me Sad)

Oh thank god for that 😂 see I thought it was all soft cheese, I feel like I've been missing out now!!

Thank you soooo much xxx

Dont worry, its fine also its frozen that kills any germs etc if there was any.
I know how u feel tho ive been watching what i eat, does make u feel like u cant eat anything.

It'll be pasteurised so it's fine. The only pasteurised cheese you can't eat is mould-ripened stuff - I've never heard of a cheesecake made with Brie so you should be alright.

I really want ice cream now...
