Pregnancy test faint line

Hi ladies. Me and my partner are wanting to conceive ... my last period was 23rd July & i ovulated 14 days later ... then 6 days later I started spotting lightly; alongside sore breasts, the spotting just comes and goes ( literally a tiny spot when I wipe) and I have back pain :.. my period is due on Tuesday however I thought I’d test early on Thursday thinking maybe there would be something ... picture attached; does anyone else see the line? Is this good news? Has anyone else had success stories?

Cant see anything best to wait until 4 days late. I tested too early then got a neg a few days later a pos,so id wait and test late next week,good luck x

I know they are pricey but digital are best no confusion every time it's been right for me

I can see the faintest of lines, when I was pregnant with DD I bleed very very lightly for around 3 days (difference from normal period was how light it was & colour was light brown never red) sorry if tmi. Test again each day to see if it gets darker

It came up within seconds! I done one the day after too and had the same result but haven’t tested since xx

I am in a similar situation.. I did a test last night and got a very faint positive.. Did two more this afternoon and again 2 more very faint positives that almost disappear!! I'm driving myself mad, I'm so. Confused.. Surely 3 faint line are a positive.. 🤔🤔. @Boots20

I was getting faint lines on cheap tests, sent OH for a digi and it came up straight away 1-2 weeks pregnant. My lines on cheap tests are getting darker now. Maybe try a digi?? Fingers crossed for you x

I should say this was 4 days prior to my missed period too!

Digital tests tend not to be particularly sensitive so don’t usually show up before period is due. FRER, while expensive, are really good and can detect hCG from as early as 6 days before period is due.

Also, it’s best to use first urine of the day as, by waiting overnight, you give the hCG a chance to build up in your urine - if you really can’t wait till the morning you should avoid drinking and hold you wee in for at least 4 hours to maximise the amount of hCG (if any) present.

We can definitely see a line but it is a squinter!

FRER are more accurate this early. You can get them pretty cheap on amazon.

Sorry. I can’t see a line. For a test to be positive, the box says ‘clearly visible line’ and this isn’t.

It may develop into ‘clearly visible’, but I wouldn’t want to get your hopes up.

My faint line was positive !
