Tummy cramps/pain and thirty weeks.

I've had a fairly busy day - long car journey, took a 40 minute walk and um my husband and I had sex .

Now I have tummy cramps/pain. I am 30 weeks pregnant and it's freaking me out a bit.

Don't worry, I had this with dd at about the same time and she went on to 42weeks, but you MUST rest now. Your body's telling you to.

I have them often if i dont rest enough or my tummys a little unsettled. If they get regular or very painful ring mw, but other than that rest

Thanks - I am going to head for bed and hopefully things will have settled down in the morning. I don't like it when something different happens - this is my first pregnancy and I have no idea what is normal or not.

I slept like crazy!!! I feel a lot better now though - well apart from stinky indigestion that is!
