Hi guys,
I was feeling a bit down for the past few days due to something that concerned me a bit.
I'm currently 5 months pregnant and my husband and me have been going through a tough time throughout my pregnancy so we have a lot of disagreements.
Obviously being pregnant , it makes me extremely irritable and extremely upset so I've been getting sad a lot because I'm sensitive anyway.
What's made me panic is seeing all this stuff of studies done online about stress causing a baby to become irritable and colicky and disengaged after birth because of the mothers stress. And later on developing a mental health issue.
Am I overthinking this or is there a potential risk of this happening to my baby?
I feel terrible and guilty for letting myself feel sad, I just feel like everything is heightened and I can't seem to control myself when I get upset about something.hoping some of you can shed a light on your experiences
Thanking you kindly
