Ate from something dirty

I'm 19 weeks pregnant. I have a cooking machine thing at home that I've been using that has a rubber seal. I just realised yesterday that under the seal has old food stuck under it. You can't see it looking front on and I don't think the seal is meant to lift, if that makes sense.
But now I'm worried I've been eating from something with rotten food in it and mould. How concerned should I be? Is it a listeria risk?

Think about all the women in all the countries who don't have access to running water, soap, fridges etc. They still manage to have babies.

I very much doubt that potentially eating a tiny bit of mould is going to do anything. But if you're this anxious about everything, you're going to have a hard pregnancy and a hard time with your baby.

Try to be calm.

I have felt your fear, you will be ok. Being pregnant was the most worrying time of my life. I promise you will be fine tho x there's no risk x

Thank you @icanbreathagain

Never said I was anxious about everything. Just the mould!
