Try their digital pack, it really is amazing. Then see if you feel like you need a face to face course?

Posted too soon, I've done the digital pack and I found it was so informative and completely changed my mind set.

I'm now having to have a c section when I wanted a VBAC but I'm going into it with such a positive mind set, I'm actually looking forward to it.

Just out of interest, why is a weekend too much? Most face to face courses are bound to be a similar length aren't they?
