I’m 22 weeks and feel bloated most evenings. I don’t remember feeling bloated every evening with my other two. Who else has this? Anything to relieve it? Ginger tea? Mint? Or perhaps I should not have sugar? I did have a few pieces of strawberry chewy type sweets and have been enjoying sweets the last few days (like one day a donut; the other some chocolate). Could it be the sugar? I’m by no means gorging on them. Basically one portion a day. But I probably shouldn’t!
