Upper abdominal pain 10 weeks

My stomach is killing me, really sore and just feeling like someone has punched me. I'm 10 weeks pregnant. Any clues??

I would go a&e and ask for a scan straight away. Tummy pain during pregnancy shouldn’t be that bad

Could it be trapped wind?

I was woken up the other night with it, it was horrendous as I've never had trapped wind before! Took us a while to figure out what it was! It soon passed.
I too am around 10/11 weeks.
