Midwife said it was too high but no irregularities. But it's had me worried. Why would it be so high?
Not sure if any of this makes a difference.
It's a boy
I have been really busy and hectic and not Sleeping well.

2 diet cokes.

So lots less than normal

And also lots less than I drank with dd.. Was very naieve and silly.

Bump.
So today I've felt mega drained and ba going head. A few dizzy spells. Not sure if related.
I have gp tomorrow. Only one they could give today I wouldn't of made in time (45 min notice) as dh has the car.. Plus I wouldn't chance driving.
Made sure I've drunk loads. I've had 3 pints anter a 1.juice.
Gonna nap as Dd is for an hour or so.

I don't want to Google as that worries me.too much

Caffeine (including tea / coke / chocolate) and sugar all raises the baby’s heart rate. As does not drinking enough plain water. Trying being a bit healthier until the next appointment and see what happens.

Yeah i have been. It took me by surprise that's all as with dd and my eldest my cravings were coke full fat coke. Litres of it a day. And it didn't effect. I know that's not the case for all pregnancies.
The midwife actually suggested tea instead of coke. I have had just one.

Good luck with the appointment today!

I agree with a pp, try working on your diet. Also, do you exercise? It has loads of benefits for the baby doing just 30 minutes three times a week - including a lower fetal heart rate (basically the baby gets all the benefits that you get).

Could how awful you were feeling yesterday be caffeine/sugar withdrawal?
