Anal pain or pressure 12 weeks

Hi Lovely Ladies,
Hope you doing good ,need your suggestion , I am having Anal area pressure or pain , few days back there was blood also ,but after increasing fuilds it went to normal in 2 days ,but now again pain is back.
Currently 12 weeks ,need your support

How are your poops? Could you be constipated?

My bowels were all over the place for the first few weeks of my pregnancy

No, its fine, few weeks back i was kind of constipated , but now just Gassy. Pain feels Weird, usually saw people posting these pain in third trimester but not in first, I went to GP, she said its normal, but i am not satisfied with her response due to many previous NHS bad response and bad Diagnose.
