I have name changed for this just because I do post regularly.
Basically I had my period on the 3rd July, had sex for the first time in ages and got a bit overexcited, when we finisher we realised the condom was off and (tmi) inside me. Took MAP and hoped for the best. Now late for period but I'm quite irregular after breastfeeding for 19 months so I took a test more for peace of mind.
To me it looks a bit like the colour has run, I took these photos straight after and then about 3 minutes after. What do you guys think Sad I can't see how it can be positive, sex was only about 12 days ago!

Looks like a straightforward positive to me

Is that the news you'd wish for? Thanks

SparklyMagpie · 13/08/2019 13:19

No mistaking that's a positive

SparklyMagpie · 13/08/2019 13:20

Did you post about this before OP? But the test you'd taken said it was negative?

Sorry if not, just seems very similar to another post, same circumstances etc

Yippeeayeyeah · 13/08/2019 13:21

Looks positive to me too

AloeVeraLynn · 13/08/2019 13:22

I'm not sure if I'm honest. It seems completely mad. Like impossible. But I know it's not. We already have three, I adore them but this seems overwhelming. It's just a lot to take in.
Thank you for your replies though x

Sorry no I haven't posted on here before. I just got a cheap Asda test thinking it will obviously be negative and I can forget about it all. How naive!

That’s a positive.
12 days is long enough to be honest to fertilise and implant. If you’re irregular anyway, your ovulation will be a bit unpredictable.
Tentative congrats (if that is what you want).
x

Positive I'd say.

virginpinkmartini · 13/08/2019 13:39

Asda Freedom tests have apparently been giving false positives to some women, retest with another brand

AloeVeraLynn · 13/08/2019 14:28

Thanks pink martini I will try a different one tomorrow x

Get a first response one. They're normally very reliable

Just updating with a first response today. I think it's a yes.

Thank you for your replies yesterday
