Internal Scan @ 20 weeks?

Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to get all the measurement etc required at your 20 week scan with only an internal scan?
I found the 12 week abdominal scan completely unbearable pain wise and had to switch to an internal and i really don’t want to go through that again!
This is my second baby after CSection so I think that was the reason for the pain...

Depends on the size of the baby. Usually not and as this is the anomoly scan they won’t want to take any chances - you may just need to grin and bare the pain. Though at 20 weeks they shouldn’t need to press as hard.
