I can't post a link as I found it through the app, but the Babycentre website has pregnancy meal planners on there with week by week meals which may help give you ideas.

Work the other way round, look at the list of what you can't have and exclude that from your diet. There is no special pregnancy meal plan to follow.

What have you read that makes you think there's not a lot you can eat? The NHS advice is all you need to pay attention to and, unless your pre pregnancy diet solely consisted of pate and brie, you shouldn't have to change your normal diet much at all :)

It really isn't a limiting diet at all. Avoid soft cheese, pate/haggis, rare meat, uncooked/runny eggs if they're not lion stamped - besides that, you're grand.

There's hardly anything you can't have - just use the nhs website.
