Possibly miscarring at 11 weeks 😢

So I've just come back from a lovely week's holiday in menorca and started bleeding with terrible stomach cramp 😢 I had an early scan at 9 weeks and saw a really strong heartbeat (I miscarried in Jan at 9 weeks and March at 7) so was feeling positive about this pregnancy. Now all I feel is dread. My stomach feels like I've been kicked by a horse. I'm not hopeful of seeing the heartbeat tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anthing similar?
I have an 18 month old little boy who I am so grateful for so I know i can carry a baby to term.

I'm sorry. I had the same yesterday at exactly 11 weeks and a scan confirmed miscarriage. Need repeat bloods tomorrow to rule out ectopic. Hope you have a happier outcome

I am sorry to hear this. I have had two miscarriages and unfortunately it is a wait and see thing sometimes.

I had a bleed at 5 to 6 weeks and an early scan showed a heart beat. I was advised to have another scan the following week. I had continued to bleed and unfortunately miscarried. Many people don't in this situation but the waiting is hard. I hope that things are positive for you xx
