Clearblue week indicator

Hiya :) Just after abit of advise. I have recently found out i am pregnant currently should be 8 weeks today according to my dates / app. I firstly did a clear blue digi a few weeks back and it came up 3+ weeks which would of been correct as i was 5 weeks at the time. However ive had no bleeding/cramps etc but as our 1st daughter was concived by icsi ivf i never thought i would be able to concove naturally so this pregnancy is a total shock but an really happy one. So not too sure if am overthinking things but i did another pregnancy test today clear blue digi came back positive but only 2-3 weeks which i know is definitely not right. Do you think i could be losing the baby and my hcg levels are lowering? Or maybe just have an empty sac or no heartbeat? Am so scared as which our 1st as we were monitored from 7 weeks i know everything was fine throughout the pregnancy and now i dont have a scan for anouher 4 weeks am really worried. Has anyone else experienced this before with clearblue or advise on why this would happen? Thank you so so much xx

Personally I think clear blue weeks indications should be banned! Women seem to obsesses and rely on them to predict a healthy pregnancy but they rubbish! I've never had an accurate one. I've got 2 kids (3rd currently at 26 weeks) and have had 3 miscarriages. In 2 of my miscarriages I've had 3+ and in my healthy pregnancies haven't ever got past 2-3 weeks.

Unfortunately we can't tell you the answer but if you're concerned then I would book a private reassurance scan. It's the only way for sure you'll get an answer

Thank you Mintypea5 for replying and sharing your experience with clearblue. Congratulations on your 3rd little one too hope pregnancy is being kind to you! I used clearblue with my 1st but just did the 1 test at 1-2 weeks so have nothing else to compare them too. I understand when you say you shouldnt use them to rely on for healthy pregnancies i just thought it would of still showed up at 3+ weeks with me ment to be 8 weeks. Do our levels lower as the weeks go by which is why this would happen maybe? Or do you genuinally think they are just aload of rubbish? I think i am going to defiently took an early scan as we should see a heartbeat by now. Not too sure if am just overthinking / worried as i never thought it could happen naturally and we all worry til we see them on the US dont we anyway. I was just wondering if it had happened to anyone else and everything turned out fine. X
