Bleeding after sex when pregnant

I found out that I am pregnant last Sunday.
Last night around 6pm we had intercourse, when I went to the toilet after I noticed pink bleeding. It eased off before I went to bed but this morning it is back. It has been pink/red. Not clots. But with the colour of it I have almost convinced myself that I am miscarrying.
The EPU won't do anything as I've not reached 6 weeks yet so can't have a scan.
Has anyone else had bleeding after sex that is red and slightly more than spotting?

I have but not whilst pregnant. My doctor referred me to gynae and she said it was nothing to worry about at all. I’d get checked out at your GP’s to be sure. I bled quite a lot after sex x

I had red gushing blood around 8/9 weeks with DS. It was directly after sex and scan two days later showed no other reason why I'd have bled. Good luck op, early days are always tense. I bled during this pregnancy for days and this time there is no explanation for it, other than it's just one of those pregnancy quirks...

@JayDot500 did you pass any clots and have period like pain? I'm struggling to be hopeful that I'm not miscarrying, I'm almost certain I am. I lost 2 clots today x
