What a pile of shite....

Its sore, not agony. But I have health anxiety and I'm absolutely hating this. I'm squeamish about bum and bits problems anyway. So this is just a whole new level of wtf.

My anxiety is making me think I'm in agony, I'm not, its sore but bearable I'm just worrying. NHS says they'll go away, sil said it took about a week and a half for her to go away. I cant get any cream until the weekend, even when I do I worry about allergic reactions.

Any chance they'll go away on their own?

I hate this :( someone help me not to worry myself silly!

I have piles sometimes and they come and go three or four times a year, usually when I've not been drinking enough fluid I think. I'm not bottom-squeamish so have no issue with popping a bit of anusol up there - it works really well and soothe them within ten mins tops and then it's all over. Even a bit of baseline helps as it protects them from rubbing painfully against each other or your pants etc. Oddly enough, I find going for a poo can sometimes help although that's counter intuitive. Any reason why you can't pop to the 24 hour supermarket and get some anusol ? It's brilliant!! Better than grimacing and bearing it...

Baseline = vaseline

Ice. Other thing is diluted cypress oil but not sure if you can use that when pregnant. Was haemoproct or something I used many many years ago. Prescription stuff.Just shrivelled them up.

Thanks everyone. I felt much better this morning, soreness had pretty much gone but then I needed the toilet and I'm sore again. I'll try and get somewhere tomorrow.

I think its definitely down to not enough fluid, I was used to drinking 5/6 bottles of water a day and recently I've only been having 1 or 2 glasses Blush
