Pregnancy test with weeks? Or how far along am I?

I did a test 17 dpo (3 days after missed period) with a very strong line. I'm starting to think i could be a month further along as my last period was a bit lighter than normal, so I'm wondering if it was actually implantation bleeding.

This is my 2nd pregnancy but i was ill with the first and on medication that altered periods so i didn't find out until until at least 7 weeks gone, only found out because i tested before i was due a procedure. Had no obvious symptoms, i had fatigue but that was a part of being ill anyway so not sure if i had pregnancy fatigue.

I'm sure there was a test i did that said 7-8 weeks on it, but when I've looked this time round i can't find it (only the clearblue that says 3+ so not even sure if it's that one). Does anyone know of a test that reads as far along as 7-8 weeks?

Or could take a decent guess as to whether I'm likely 5 weeks or 9? I have just started to get tender breasts but have felt mild cramps in my uterus since my missed period. Tiredness but that's quite usual, mild lower back pain, and have been a bit bloated. But if the last pregnancy is anything to go by i didn't have any of this until after i was 7+ weeks.

Not sure about a test that says 7/8 weeks I thought the highest was 3+?

You could get a strong line and only be 5 weeks along. I got a string line at 4 weeks and 3 days. I know I was that far along because it’s an ivf pregnancy so sure on dates. Thus was my first line...

@Sprinkleknees you’d have to go for an early scan to date it - you can get one privately though!

Ahh so no closer to knowing then. Whatelsecouldibecalled congratulations on your pregnancy ☺ maybe it did just say 3+ and I've got confused with how far i actually was and the test. Will have to have a look at early scans thanks.
