I think I'm miscarrying, can anyone give advice?

I have posted on here a couple of time since I found out I'm pregnant last Friday. About 6 weeks, I have had some bleeding since Sunday. It started brown and has gradually got worse and has now calmed down again but still constant red and brown blood.

Last night I had severe cramping, almost like a contraction to the point I was on all fours and that was all that would help me. It was just that once and then I've had dull period type pains.

I am having a vaginal scan on Friday but I just wanted to know if anyone has been through a similar thing and had a positive outcome?

It is my first pregnancy so I have never experienced anything like this before and I am terrified!

Thank you

There is always a chance but I'm afraid cramping and red blood are very bad signs. Ive had five miscarriages and once the cramps started then it was definitely over for me, each time.

I'm really sorry.

@Paraballa thank you, I have kind of prepared myself for that but I just wanted to hear other people's thoughts. I'm sorry for your losses.
