Tmi. I get issues on and off. I'm in first trimester and obviously it's all worse. Longer the day goes on more uncomfortable I feel with like trapped wind pain. Constipated on and off. I know most meds are out but has anyone got any tips that actually work?

Water only works for me now!
Hate water but I was taking lactulose to try and help and nothing.
Midwife said drink loads and loads of water so I've been doing that ever since and been going regularly 😁
If you are already doing that then I don't know as nothing else seemed to work for my ibs 😫

I had awful bloating and trapped wind in first trimester. Tbh nothing got rid of it, but what helped a little bit was:
Peppermint tea
Trying a few yoga poses (cat cow)
Going for a walk to get things moving.

Mine was also worse in the evening so I tried to eat dinner early to give myself more time to digest.

I'll try the tea. Could drink more water but I pee enough as it is 😂 I eat my tea at like 5 now but it just seems to get sore. Then I feel hungry which makes it hurt too.
I'm just waiting for a pregnancy yoga dvd to come I'll start that when it does
