Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm practising Hypnobirthing as well, I'm 35 weeks. I havent been doing the daily relaxation yet, I'm going to start when I finish work and my routine is less hectic, as I want to dedicate proper time to this and not just cram it in.

I havent done a course, just read a couple of books and watched lots of The Positive Birth Company on Youtube.

I find the science of it all really reassuring, and generally feel quite mentally prepared for labour.

I’m doing the positive birth company. I find some of the hypno- birthing a bit much, but mostly finding the science and understand helpful!
Ask me again in the next few weeks 😂

Havent heard of the Positive Birth Company before. Will definitely look it up.

@ChrisPrattsFace there are bits of the hypnobirthing that Im not keen on either but i just ignore those things....

I enjoy the overall point of it, if that makes sense?
They go on about how ‘contraction’ isn’t a nice word so you should say ‘surge’ instead.
Contraction doesn’t offend me, because that’s exactly what it is - just little things like that, I ignore!
And some positive affirmations are a bit cheesy for my liking!

I think I will use the breathing a lot more than the visualisation and affirmations.
