IVF pregnancy

We have had our second round of ivf, a frozen embryo and had our test day Saturday just gone which was positive !!!! We did a re test yesterday and again it was positive.
My partner has had symptoms over the last couple of weeks, however, she has said the last couple of days she hasn't really felt anything.
She is now upset and worrying. I know everyone is different but any advice or reassurance would be great!

Our fertility clinic has told my wife she has had a miscarriage and to stop taking the medication

So sorry to hear that Ste. It is just awful news. We are all rooting for you. Even if you just want a rant - let it all out

Thanks all. So hard, so frustrating, the wait for the next go makes it harder. Just trying to be positive and that's what I keep teeling my wife is that at least we got a positive.

The fertility clinic said that because we had a positive the next go it would be a bit different, anyone know what that could mean?

@Ste34 I'm so sorry. It must be heartbreaking for you both.

It must feel incredibly unfair and sad. I have no experience of ivf but have experienced loss in other ways.

Some people's road to parenthood is long and arduous and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for it.

@Ste34 they might be able to give you different drugs to hold onto the pregnancy longer?

It's been difficult but we are both better than we were. Appointments are coming up so we will see what they say.
